Problem: Garage door will not close
Check to make sure your safety eyes are working and aligned properly, both eyes should have lights on them, if they do not, try to move them around until a light comes on.
Problem: Garage door will not open automatically
Check your garage to make sure you have power, see if the light is illuminated on your wall control. If everything is on and it still won’t open, simply pull the red rope hanging down and lift the door manually, be careful because the door may be very heavy.
Problem: Garage door goes down but then opens back up
Check to make sure there are no leaves stuck to the bottom of your door, there are many times that a leaf will interfere with the safety eyes.
Problem: Garage door is very loud and squeaky
Simply spray all your hinges with WD 40 or similar oil.
