If you need to request a repair or service on a covered system and prefer to do it online, log into your account and in minutes you can have your claim set up and in our system. Then, you’ll receive a call from one of our pre-approved vendors to schedule an appointment for the repair. If HSA’s service provider cannot respond in a timely manner, you may be given the option to use a vendor outside of our network.

  • Track and View Claims

After you’ve set up a claim you can keep track of its progress and view updates as they happen. Myhomewarranty also records a history of your claims for you to review.

  • View Your Contract

If you ever have questions regarding your coverage, you can view the complete terms and conditions of your current contract online at your convenience.  You can also see what additional coverage options are available and add them at the time of your renewal.

  • Renew Your Warranty

Your warranty is renewable so you can be protected from major mechanical repairs for years to come. You can renew your warranty online anytime during the contract period. When you renew you can add additional coverage for appliances and systems in your home and change your payment schedule. To renew your warranty, log into Myhomewarranty and click on “Renew Warranty” on the left side of your screen; the system will guide you through the renewal process.
