Tracy Peltier
Territory Manager
Outgoing, Loyal, Dependable, Hard-working!
Tracy Peltier grew up in Coon Rapids, MN, where she graduated from Blaine High School. Growing up, sports played a huge role in Tracy’s life. After high school, she went on to play basketball for St. Cloud State, where she studied Education. St. Cloud is where she also met her husband Jason. After St. Cloud, the coupletook up careers in real estate. Tracy and Jason worked as a team in Maplewood, MN for a few years. Tracy later became a title closer for four years. In this position, she learned how to be detail-oriented. In October 2009, after four years in the title industry, Tracy found her home in the real estate industry as the home warranty expert. With her knowledge and understanding of the process buyers and sellers go through, along with the closing process, Tracy is an essential part of any real estate professional’s team! She is able to provide personal service and follow through with detail.
My free time is spent almost entirely with my girls, Lily & Abby. We have a good time year-round, with swimming lessons in the winter and trips out boating and fishing and to the park in the summer! It is so much fun watching your children grow and seeing yourself in them! We are a very active family -- there is never a dull moment in the Peltier house.
Sports have always been a part of my life. My time away from family is spent mostly on the softball field. Playing softball is my favorite getaway. I play with the same group of girls I’ve played with since we were in grade school. Together, we have many state championships under our belt. When Jason and I are able to spend some time together as a couple, we spend it fishing, hunting, or playing cards. Being married to a Peltier, I have developed a love and understanding of hockey. However, I hope I will be able to coach my girls in basketball (not hockey) someday!

My favorite quotes to live by:
Failure is not fatal, but failure to change might be.
John Wooden
The dictionary is the only place that success comes before work. Hard work is the price we must pay for success. I think you can accomplish anything if you're willing to pay the price.
Vince Lombardi
It's the little details that are vital. Little things make big things happen.
John Wooden
Alone, we can do so little; together, we can do so much.
Helen Keller
Leaders are made; they are not born. They are made by hard effort, which is the price which all of us must pay to achieve any goal that is worthwhile.
Vince Lombardi
“Tracy is a great asset to my business. As my closer earlier and now as my warranty partner, I know my clients are in great hands.”
