Tammy Rich began her real estate career 13 years ago as a Realtor . Then she transitioned to a non-profit company offering down payment assistance before discovering the exciting world of home warranties. Tammy began with another home warranty company as a Territory Manager in Saint Louis and Southern Illinois before moving back to Atlanta in 2007. As a native Georgian, Tammy was excited to have the opportunity to represent HSA Home Warranty in the South! She currently manages Georgia and parts of Tennessee, including Chattanooga.

The home warranty business can be challenging at times, but Tammy welcomes the opportunity to solve problems and make real estate agents look good in front of their clients. She, along with HSA, wants to create clients for life. Please see my testimonials…

 

When Im not at work...

I love spending time with my daughter when she comes home from college. She is attending Berry College with hopes of continuing to law school. Yes, I’ll be working really hard for a long time. I need your warranties! : )

I also enjoy spending time with my family, boating on Lake Lanier, snow-skiing, walking my dog Kip in the park, and following Falcons Football!

 

My pets are Kip, Nessie (the cat), and Luiji (the Sea Turtle). I rescued Kip as a puppy. He’s six years old now. Nessie enjoys terrorizing Kip, and Luiji has been doing his “sea turtle” thing for almost two years.
