HSA 401(k) Matching
HSA's 401(k) Savings Plan offers you a way to plan for retirement and contribute to your long-term financial goals.
You may contribute to the plan on a pre-tax basis, subject to an annual IRS dollar limit, through
payroll deductions. HSA will match 10% of the first 5% that you invest.
Vacation, Sick & Holidays
As a full-time regular employee, you will receive 40 hours of vacation after 90 days,
40 hours on your one year anniversary, 40 hours after 18 months, and 80 hours years 2 through 4 years.
As a full-time regular employee, you will receive 48 hours of sick leave per year.
HSA employees also enjoy generous paid holidays, including: New Year's day, Memorial Day, Independence Day,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Employees also receive (2) two floating days that can be used
as personal days or to use in conjunction with a holiday.
