Cheryl joined the HSA Team as the result of a desire to serve the real estate community that she worked in. As a Realtor/Associate Broker since 2004, she understands the growing need for a reliable business partner. She knows the long hours, the details of the transaction, and the dedicated commitment that Realtors make to their clients. Having lived in Arizona for over 35 years, she also understands the unique needs of valley residents.
Prior to real estate, Cheryl spent 13 years as a corporate trainer, working in the field and the classroom to provide managers with the tools to take care of their customers’ needs and to help them grow their business. Moving from training to real estate and now to HSA proved to be a natural transition. Cheryl enjoys supporting the agents and homeowners and helping them to reduce their risk by having superior home warranty coverage in place.

Outside the office
My free time is mostly spent with family and friends, enjoying our wonderful weather. My hobbies include woodworking, remodeling houses, reading, and scrapbooking. I also aspire to learn the violin and master the art of stained class.
I am the proud parent of two wonderful children. My daughter Nicole graduated high school last year and is attending college to work in the medical field. My son Nigel will graduate high school this year and is pursuing his education with a goal of running his own business. Like most guys his age, he is in love with his car. They both amaze me with their insights and growing independence.
I also enjoy traveling. I have had the opportunity to go to some wonderful places. My first cruise took us to Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and the Bahamas. The second was to the Mediterranean, where we visited Italy, France, and Spain. I look forward to future travels to Hawaii, where my mother was born, and to England and Ireland.
