Bill is a recent graduate of Temple University. He is no stranger to real estate, though; Bill’s family has worked in the industry for over 25 years. Growing up in the business, Bill knows what it takes to face today’s challenging market and how to help you succeed.
Bill has a strong passion for creating lifelong partnerships with his clients. This passion comes from his strong work ethic. Since his first job, he has been working around the clock to complete the work assigned to him. Bill understands that his position with HSA is not the normal 9-to-5 career. His prior work experience gives him the determination to find the answer to a question, no matter how long is takes.

I like to spend a lot of time with friends and family. I am the second-oldest of five children in my family. We are all fairly close in age, which has made growing up together a blast! We are a very close family and have a lot of fun whenever we get together. My friends are also very important to me and although we do not see each other, we try as often as we can.
I am a natural-born runner -- for many years, I have done both short- and long-distance running. While I was training for my last marathon, I injured my knee. I am trying to rehab the injury so that I can complete my goal of finishing the 2011 Philly Marathon. Although the injury was upsetting, I try not to let anything get me down. When we look at things positively, we can find solutions and work out whatever comes our way.
Since moving to Philadelphia five years ago, I have fallen in love with the city and consumed myself with the culture. It’s amazing to see the different people, shops, and events Philly has to offer. Although I love the city, I like to get away on summer weekends to our family beach house in Ocean City. I look forward to boardwalk fries, laying on the beach, and body-surfing the waves!
