Ann Marie has been with HSA Home Warranty for four years, but that’s just her most recent real estate experience. She became a licensed broker at 22 years old (just a couple of years ago) and has worked as a principal broker for a property management company, managing seven properties and a real estate sales associate in the greater Indianapolis region. Her varied experience gives her the unique opportunity to understand and address the needs of her real estate partners. Ann Marie’s region includes accounts in Indianapolis, Northern Indiana and Northern Illinois. Her clients appreciate the excellent service they receive and the level of experience their warranty representative possesses. Ann Marie enjoys her position with HSA and especially loves working in the real estate community.
Outside th office...
I spend my free time with friends and family.
My horse Charlie Rose is my trusted trail partner. We spend a lot of time trail-riding and camping in Brown County and Hoosier National Forest near Bloomington, Indiana. A very sweet mare, Charlie Rose is a strawberry roan Spotted Mountain Horse, 11 years young. I also take my friends and our horses to my folks’ place in Northeast Indiana and we swim in Sylvan Lake. Big fun!
My cat, Biffle, is my constant companion. He is named after my favorite Nascar driver, Greg Biffle.
I am an auntie now! My niece JoAnna is the apple of my eye. She makes family holidays MUCH more fun! What a peach.
Favorite Foods: seafood, steak, sushi
Favorite Music: Rhythm Angels, Grace Potter, Patty Griffin, Ray LaMontagne and MUCH, MUCH more.
Have Traveled to: Costa Rica, Cancun, Saint Lucia, Saint Thomas, all over the United States.
Favorite Movies: American Beauty, Gone with the Wind, Moulin Rouge
For Fun: swimming, snow-skiing, water-skiing, socializing with friends, time with family
