Territory Manager
Aleena Heldt is the Territory Manager for Northeastern & Southeastern Wisconsin. She has served the real estate community for the past six years in this position with HSA.
When it comes to understanding where you are coming from as a real estate professional, Aleena truly does –she has been in the business for the past 10 years. Aleena started as a real estate agent in Southern California. Then she moved back to Wisconsin to continue her real estate career as a Realtor and a property manager. When she made the move to HSA, she still considered herself IN real estate, just on the other side of the transaction as another member of your team.
In Aleena’s own words: “As a Territory Manager, it is my job to be your home warranty representative for any HSA needs. I believe that when you endorse a company, you need a direct contact for immediate attention. I am available for you 24/7! I know time is of the essence and believe that great customer service starts with returning a phone call and quickly resolving a claim for you and your client. I can provide you with the best service in the home warranty industry and will bend over backwards to earn your business AND keep it!”
Aleena is involved in Women’s Council of Realtors – Milwaukee Chapter and was named Affiliate of the Year in 2010. She is involved in her local board events and likes to participate in office events as well. “’Work hard, play hard’ is my motto. This job is a lot of fun, and the most rewarding times are when I am creating and building a business partnership by being involved in an office. I like to work right alongside the agent, to believe in what they believe in. That is what creates a client relationship for life”.
My Free Time
I am the lucky mother of two adorable little girls. I laugh that this tab is called “free time,” because what parent has any free time with two little kids? I thankfully have a wonderful husband to share in the responsibility of raising these two little girls. We enjoy walks at Pike Lake near our home, and spend a lot of time with our families, all nearby. With three brothers and two sisters, I have a lot of willing babysitters. When we do get a night out, we enjoy going out for Mexican food with a margarita (or two), or the occasional game of golf. We also love having a garden in summer. Who can pass up fresh salsa? Our patio is our favorite place to dine with a nice bottle of red wine!
I enjoy a yearly vacation, and hope to still sneak away from time to time. I have had the pleasure of visiting many different places including Thailand, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Maui, Costa Rica, Puerto Vallarta, Tahiti, Riviera Maya, and many places within the United States. I love an adventure and a great beach!
